Be seen everywhere

Your growth team, minus the headcount.

Omnivisum researches what your buyers search for, writes the articles, tracks where you rank, measures whether AI assistants recommend you, posts to your channels and answers the comments. Every night, while you run the business.

Start with the measurement nobody else will give you

Does AI recommend your business, or a competitor? No account, about a minute.

Nothing is published, posted or sent without your approval. A hard spend cap on every workspace, so a surprise bill is not possible. Plans from $49 a month.

Why this exists

Marketing software gives you dashboards.
You still have to do the work.

Omnivisum is built the other way round: it does the work and gives you the decisions.

Ten tools, and none of them finish anything

A rank tracker, a scheduler, a writing assistant, an outreach tool. Each one hands you a list and a login. The work at the end of every list is still yours, and it is the same work it was before you paid for them.

The people who could do it cost more than the result

A writer, an SEO, a social manager and someone to chase links is four hires before a single article ships. Most businesses that need this the most are the ones that cannot carry four salaries to find out whether it works.

And your buyers have started asking an assistant instead

The research that used to begin with a search now often happens inside a conversation you cannot see, where one company gets named and the rest are never mentioned. A rank tracker cannot report on an answer that has no results page.

AI visibility

Ranking on page one and being
named in the answer are not the same thing.

A business can rank well, be read by an assistant, and still never be the one it recommends. That gap is measurable, it decides who gets the enquiry, and almost nobody is measuring it.

Every assistant, asked every week

The questions your buyers actually ask, put to each assistant, in each place you sell. You get the answer it gave, the companies it named, and the pages it read to decide.

Answers are built from passages, not pages

An assistant does not read your website. It lifts out the few hundred words that match the question and answers from those. A passage that never says whose experience it describes is useful, quotable and anonymous, so your own words can be used and a competitor named in the same answer. Across the pages we have measured, roughly seven in ten passages named nobody at all.

And when one of them is wrong about you

A claim about your prices, your service or where you work that is simply not true is raised the week it appears, with the page that corrects it drafted for you to approve.

A night in the life

While you were closed.

The order is real, and the last stop is your brief, waiting when you open the laptop. Every step writes to an audit log you can read, and not one of them publishes anything.

  1. While you sleep

    SEO Engine

Asks Google and Bing where you rank for every tracked keyword in each place you sell.

  2. Then

    Content Factory

Turns tracked keywords not yet on page one into content briefs and writes them (up to 4 a night, within your plan's pages a month).

  3. Then

    Social Studio

Drafts a post announcing every page published since the last run.

  4. Then

    Content Factory

Turns real searches (Search Console and Bing) where you show but do not rank into briefs and writes them, first call on the month's pages.

  5. Then

    Reviews and your Business Profile

Reads new Google reviews and drafts a reply to each.

  6. Before morning

    Command Center

Retries what stalled once and retires what is not working: unpublished approvals, missed posts, stuck replies, dead prospects, unseen issues, and brings paused autopilot channels back after their week.

  7. 7:00, your time

    Readyyour turn

Writes the morning brief: what went out, what came in, what needs you, the plan's next step.

jobs, run and finished before you opened the laptop. Nothing published, nothing sent, nothing posted. That decision is the next screen, and it is yours.

What it does

Ten real jobs, off your plate.

Not ten dashboards. Ten things that were somebody's work on Monday morning.

Command Center

Your morning, in one screen.

Opens with a plan for your kind of business (what is in place, the next three steps, a button each), the morning brief written at 7am in your own time zone, everything waiting for your approval, and a feed of what the platform did overnight. Approve, edit or reject each item in one click; nothing goes out without that click unless you have put a channel on autopilot. Ask, in the top bar of every screen, answers questions about your own workspace and about how anything here works, from your real numbers; it changes nothing, and anything it cannot answer goes to a person the same day.

What you get
The growth plan, the morning brief, the approval queue, the activity feed, answers to your questions
What it needs
Nothing
Ask

It answers questions about your own business.

Every other tool hands you a dashboard and wishes you luck. Type a question in plain English and this one answers from your numbers, then gives you the button that acts on the answer.

Why has nothing published yet?
Two articles are waiting for your approval, the oldest since Thursday. Nothing publishes until you approve it. Search Console is not connected yet, which is why the list is short: it is where the real searches come from.See what is waiting for youConnect Search Console

Your numbers, not a manual

It reads the same workspace you do: what is waiting, what ran last night, what your plan allows, where you rank, whether the AI engines named you.

An answer you can act on

Every answer comes with the buttons that do the thing, chosen from the steps your plan already says are next. No hunting for the screen.

It cannot change anything

It answers and points. It cannot approve, publish, connect or cancel, so there is nothing it can get wrong on your behalf.

It does not guess

Anything it cannot answer goes to a person with your workspace already attached, so you get a reply instead of more questions. Money, cancelling and anything legal always go to a person.

Honestly compared

The four ways this actually gets done.

Three of them work. This is what each one costs you in attention, and where it stops.

Hiring and agencies bring judgement software does not have. If you already have both and they are working, keep them. This is for everybody who does not. The longer comparison, row by row.

Safeguards

The parts that make this survivable.

Handing your marketing to software is a real risk. These are the specific things that keep a bad night from becoming a bad quarter.

Nothing speaks without you

Articles, posts, comment replies and cold email all wait in a queue. Approve, edit or reject. Nothing goes out on a timer, and there is no setting that makes it.

A ceiling it cannot cross

A hard monthly cap per workspace and a breaker that halts all paid work if a single hour looks wrong. Both are checked before a request is made, not after it is charged.

Your data is yours alone

Row-level security on every table that holds customer data, so a query that forgets to scope itself returns nothing rather than somebody else's rows. Enforced by the database, not by remembering.

Every action is on the record

What ran, when, what it cost, what it changed and what it decided. The answer to “why did you post that” is always available, months later.

Every safeguard above is in the product today, checked before an action rather than reported after it. Nothing in this section is a roadmap item, and where something is not built yet the product says so on the screen where you would look for it.

Pricing

Questions

The things worth asking first.

No. Anything that appears in public under your name - an article, a post, a reply to a comment, a cold email - is drafted, queued, and goes out only when you approve it. Work that changes nothing outside your workspace, like checking a rank, happens on its own and is written to an audit log you can read.
